The Kingdom of Nyior

Nyior is a kingdom south west of Otvin and is the most modern nation in terms of technology. It is currently ruled by the Kojima Clan. The five Great Houses that serve the Royal Family are Honda, Hyundai, Gakusha-Sora, Sakurai, and Suzuki.

Structure

the King and Queen rule the Kingdom, followed by lords of the five noble Houses who oversee the everyday workings of their respective provinces while maintaining the security of their borders. Each House consists of several clans who follow the leadership of the head of the clan. Every lesser house answers to their great house and the great houses answer to the royal family.

Since the discovery of planar tech; many Nyiorites strive to work together to improve, their defenses, lifestyle and economics respectively.

History

Founded during the the Age of Strife in 23 AGC the kingdom united under a warlord who would lead to conquered several lands to the north and some to the east. What use to be a mutual interest in survival has now developed into a camaraderie with five great Houses following a Royal family that has only changed lineage three times. Although many wars have been fought, their most prominent and most remembered is the Rising War. In 401 AGC the newly reformed Mhusian Empire conquered and expanded to the east all the way to Cherezhia taking a portion of lands of Nyior. after 60 years of conflict the two nations came to an accord and created the Green field Treaty which prevent either side from expanding their nation into the respective fields. Although a shadow war is wage between the two nations, semblance of peace is experiences between them until 20 years later in 481 AGC a planar ship crashed landed into the twin mountains of Bozma in Nyior. From there Nyior had gain an advantage over their neighbours in both technology and wealth. Advanced weapons were developed to bolster their armies and innovative technology developed from studying Planar tech.
