Milton Neo (a.k.a. Sharpshooter, Chaos 6)

Milton is an SSI Field Agent posing as a Porter currently stationed in Hoster. He is an Artificer specialising in Technomancy, acting as the Party's liaison and support in country.

Personal history

Milton was born on 568AGC to scholarly parents. Growing up, he had an intense interest in magic but showed little potential. At the time his parents had thought that perhaps he was still too young to produce magic so they secured a place for him at the the best Wizard university. Through out primary school he showed great adept in maths and science and eventually physics and Magic theory in High school.

Education

Thanks to his parents he was able to attend Gakura-Sora Magic University but drop out 6 months later due to low magic aptitude which was a large surprise to his parents. In the same year he applied to the local engineering school and graduated with a full engineering Degree.

Employment

Until he was 20, he spent much of his time as a Porter delivering goods locally before being offered by Special Service and Intelligence as an Artificer. In the following years he applied to be a Field Agent, received training and was deploy east to gather intel. He would travel to Hoster, the South Edge of the Commonwealth, Aptonia and Hyperia under the guise of a porter. He also doubles as a hitman to eliminate targets of interest that SSI deem to dangerous to live.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Milton specialises in Technomancy; a rare skill in which a user transcribes magic into data and uses says data to cast spells in their own way. He is credited with building several of the Kingdom's tech as the Vox caster, mage light interface and heavy weapon downscaling, etc. His own personal gadgets include the omni bracelet which acts as an interface, data bank and digital tool that allow him to cast certain spells. His greatest creation is a custom rifle he calls Wanda; a customisable weapon and spellcasting focus that enhance his technomancy abilities.
As a Field Agent he is credited with several HVT kills which can neither be confirmed nor denied. Under the red tape, he is also responsible for tracking refugees, criminals and turncoats.
