Sweodoon (Sweh-Dune)

The port city of Sweodoon is a primary export/import market of northern Durbar. Most of the northern cities of Durbar use this port primarily for its location to sell or buy goods. Guard presence is high, as is thieve presence. Clutching ones goods and not venturing into dark alleys at night are words to live by. Several trade guilds have presence in the town, along with their associated fleets of ships to transport their wares. The leading trade guild in Sweodoon is The Keeper's, but The Iron Alliance also has a branch in this port.


Both trading guilds may be in direct competition to one another, but share an equal enemy by the name of The Shifting Sands, a thieves guild that calls both Sweodoon and Meerlin home. Even with The Crimson Vanguard in the city, crime and theft seem to grow each day.


The city of Sweodoon is primarily a marketplace. Many people call it home, and operate the variety of shops, stand, restaurants and services the town has to offer. Being in a protected harbor, the city is seen as a fortified hide out from dangerous storms that pass over The Sanguine Tides.
