Percival, also known as Percy, is an Angel from an unknown land fixed on dismantling Clarysage's government. They have dark skin and wear pink leather. The thing that fascinates him is the fascinator she applies to their head. She and Amar run a legitimate system where Percy and Amar buy those enslaved in Clarysage and set them free. It's just how they get their money is sketchy.
Gender Identity
Percy does not believe in the duality of gender. They interchange their pronouns and wear gender-neutral gear. Amar defaults to calling Percy: Boss, Percy, and she/her pronouns.
