It’s mostly creatures above ground, culture living under the ground or in mountains weren’t safe but better off than the surface.

Symptoms

Ageless body, hyper aggression, no understanding of any type of communication.

Prognosis

Said infected tend to turn hollow in personality at first, calm and then aggressive.
It’s known after a while some of them turn into ash after a while. Some evolve.

Most creature stagnant at being mad hallowed creatures. The rest are mostly turned into ash.
