History
Since the 3 Goddesses created Orland the Miscant have been there to defend civilization from the monsterous results of this worlds birth. They were the first to grow the features of the fierce beasts they hunted. and to drink for the sisters cauldron and cast spells. at the start of civilization they were heralded as heroes, but as the years went on and the features of animals turned all races into the Kinn, Suspicions grew that in fact these monsters persisted because of a cult inside of the Miscant organization. this lead to the Breaking of the guild and the current freelance system. those with great dreams, or power take the aptitude test and the hunting of monsters has been changed from wide riding bands to individual contract's given to Miscants by their Recruiters.
