    Welcome to a world of Muted Magic. Orland, It's great City built into the Large skull shaped mountain overlooking her lands. Towns built in the safer of the bones of Civilizations past. all to hide from the monsters corrupted by magiks long ago. A world where the city is steeped in the arcana built upon the knowledge of long gone races of elves and giants, and the it's surrounding towns wariness of them. A world where burnings and gala's are the preeminent forms of entertainment for the huddled masses. Where the occupation of Miscant can bring you fame and revulsion in the same town on the same day.

Character creation note: all characters have been mutated by the world leading them to born with animal features, as prominent as red scaly skin, hones, and a pointed tail. or as subtle as a single fish scale under their right foot.
