Currency

Cups or Cupper: a small copper coin, and the least valuable of the currency on it's face is a depiction of of a goblet overflowing with water, one half prospering with crops and the other drenched and dead in a flood. the inscription reads: Let Æla rain blessings upon us.
Sword: a Silver Coin, worth 10 Cups. These sterling silver pieces show a woman on a ferry rowing with one hand and striking down her foes with the other. the inscription reads: May Ā bring swift justice to those who wrong us.
Wand: a Gold Coin, worth 10 Swords. These Gold coins have a yew wand flying across the sky it's unclear whether it is breathing life into a desert or burning a forest to the ground: Want of Įunto only what is needed for us
Pentilacrum: A platinum brick, worth 100 Wands. These Platinum Bricks are marked for purity with a Pentagram and the inscription: 1 is 3, 3 is many, many are us.
Cauldron: A thin Gold Coin. These Coins used to be the payment method of choice for Miscant but was phased out after the Wand was introduced after the dissolving of the Miscant guild and the seizing of their mints. Now a days they are usually used as tokens of service and promises of trade, held by families who had dealings with the Miscant's of old. There are a few who still hold onto these ancient ways and cast their own by breaking down accepted currency. So long as they keep the productions small and only for signs of great deeds to them the Crown doesn't make any fuss. Most Miscant, even those who aren't particularly invested in their work will still perform any request given them if presented with a new Cauldron:. these coins are highly personal but all feature a Cauldron and the inscription: May I drink from the cup of the 3 so you may sleep in peace.
