Description.

It is a purple-red liquid made of wild animals' blood that has been modified, to burn away all kinds of illnesses. It works by injection and feels like a burning sensation going through your body. The procedure lasts about 10 minutes. After which the patient is extremely exhausted. Mathematic calculations made by Dr.Scorpio say that there is about a 0.002% chance of an average man instantly dying.

Discovery.

It was discovered as a plausible cure for the ''Death Rot " by Dr.Scorpio from his research into why some animals were not affected by the disease. From that, he made a fluid that was too unstable and would evaporate itself in mere minutes. So from that point on multiple plants were added to stabilize the liquid to activate only after entering the blood.

Dr.Scorpios notes on the making of the cure: ''As I insert the liquid into my body, it feels like I'm burning from inside AHHH ARRrrr MmmmaAAa and it takes a BIT of getting used to. The following pain is agonizing and I'd reckon that this is how the earth center feels.
