Theobert Davies (a.k.a. Theo)
Theo currently manages the Talwil General Store and works closely with Maximillian Neem to keep it well provisioned. Their mothers are 3rd cousins, twice removed, so they are fast friends.
With short red hair, and freckles, Theo is happy to work with adventurers to keep them supplied, but drives a hard bargain. The profit for the store comes first and he will always make sure he's not losing money.
