The Main Continent

The Main Continent is one of the 5 Continents on Orion, and is the major of the 5 Continents. It has several Biomes and contains the biggest population. Its Biomes are Forest, Desert, Plains, and Mountainous. It is split by three Kingdoms, The Draconis Kingdom, Hollug Kingdom, and Sculia Realm. The Draconis Kingdom however is known as the Head of the Main Continent and its Capital is regarded as the Main Continent's Capital. The three Capitals of the Main Continent are Axelith, Dongo, and Rente. The Main Continent has at least 8 major cities, Axelith, Biech, Dongo, Kalvose, Portell, Rente, Riverside, and Silvermoon. Numerous amounts of Townes, Villages, and Hamlets exist on the Main Continent as well. Some in the Draconis Kingdom Rainhale, Fallonia, and Coone. Some in the Sculia Realm are Fara, Gelah, and Freid. Some in the Hollug Kingdom are Julia, Foose, and Tella. Axelith is known as the Capital of the Main Continent, and is where one of the 5 Kings resides.

Geography

The Geography of the Main Continent consists of four Biomes, Desert, Forest, Mountains, and Plains. The Deserts of the Main Continent consist of many dunes, but have vast pockets of waters underneath that are tucked in caves scattered around the Desert. The Desert is known as the, 'The Sun's Blanket.' The Forest takes up the majority of the East side of the Main Continent. It's forest are dense and provide much in the bounties of resources. It is often known as the Forests of Evermoore due to the way they seem to stretch on forever. The Mountains wrap around the North West of the Continent allowing passage through them and draining of the snow through under passages to flow beneath the Grand Plains. The amount of snow that falls during the seasons of late Autumn, Winter, and Noc't are said to provide enough water to flow under the Grand Plains for the year. The Mountains are known as the Dragon's Peak Mountains and are where the Dragons rest and awaken during the Draconic Homecoming. The Plains are known as the Grand Plains, and used to be where the Great Forest was until its destruction. Now only rests fertile lands, and treeless plains.

Fauna & Flora

Various types of plant life grow in the different Biomes with near all crops being produced on the Main Continent and all animals you can think of being herded for farming purposes. Many beasts, Humanoids, and Creatures roam the Main Continent hunting whatever they can. The two rivers that run across the Main Continent are the Zilvra River that is a plenty with fish and herbs that run around it. This river runs on the northern part of the Continent and runs to the west, it also leads into the Port of Axelith. More to the middle of the Continent runs the River of Bellos, that consists of large fish and reptiles that reside in it. Many beasts graze around this river as well, allowing potential hunting locations. It also wraps around the city of Riverside, making it a huge fishing and trade City. The South rests the Sun Shade Pond that resides in both the desert and forest Biomes. It offers hunting, fishing, and many edible plants that grow around it and in it.

Natural Resources

The Main Continent contains several sources for wood. As well, they're are many tunnels that run underneath the Main Continent as well. The Grand Plains are extremely fertile for farming and pasteurizing, and is very adaptable for living. Where as the Desert has many flowers, cacti, desert beasts, and tombs to explore. The Forests have many beasts, game, herbs, berries, and caves to explore that contain ore deposits. The Mountains have exotic snow fruits and many animals that love the colder weather. Though much land in the Dragon's Peak Mountains are not viable for farming due to the snowy weather constantly.
