Aenor
God of Creation
"In the darkness of the void, he was the first light, the breath of life that gave shape to the formless and set the chaos of the stars in order."Father of the Gods and creator of humans, Aenor embodies the dream of an existence where every being has the potential to shape their own destiny. He stands in opposition to his sister, Nyssara, the destructive force, with whom he shares a complex relationship of sibling love and perpetual conflict. Their cosmic duel shaped the foundations of the universe and what is now known as The Ancient World.
Origins : Awakening in the Void
In the infinite primordial Void, Aenor emerged as a conscious spark, driven by an insatiable thirst to create. He represented order and structure, a force opposed but complementary to Nyssara, his sister and rival. While she embodied dissolution and the return to the void, Aenor sought to build a world where each element had its place and purpose. His first creation was light, a beacon illuminating the void and revealing the hidden potentialities of the universe. This light became the foundation for all his other works : the stars, the planets and the fundamental energies that would nourish life. Aenor shaped reality into a vast canvas, every star and world a testament to his creative genius.Role in the Pantheon
Aenor is the primordial deity of creation, embodying order, light and universal harmony. Firstborn of the void, he is the point of origin of existence in the universe. His actions gave rise to the fundamental elements and mortal races, making him the primary architect of the world. As the father of the Gods, he acts as a mentor and guide to other deities, ensuring that order prevails over chaos.History and Major Deeds
The Creation of Mortal Races
To resist the constant destruction caused by Nyssara, her sister, Aenor shaped the first mortal beings : Humans. He endowed them with free will, a unique trait allowing them to decide their own destiny. Unlike those ancient pure and perfect creations, humans were imperfect, but this imperfection was their greatest strength. Aenor believed that, through their capacity for learning and resilience, they could restore harmony on their own.The Primordial Behemoths
To protect his creations from the havoc wrought by Nyssara, Aenor shaped the Primordial Behemoths, colossal entities embodying the raw elements : fire, water, air, and earth. These creatures were meant to maintain balance and preserve cosmic harmony. However, their immense power eventually corrupted them, transforming them into threats to the world they were meant to protect. Forced by their madness, Aenor had to destroy them, scattering their essence to nourish the potential of future mortal beings. The Duel with Nyssara
Faced with the jealousy and destruction sown by Nyssara, Aenor entered into conflict with her. This cosmic duel lasted for millennia, creating cycles of creation and destruction. Their struggle, described in myths as an eternal dance between order and chaos, shaped the universe. To counter her sister's actions, Aenor fragmented her own essence into eight parts, giving birth to The Elemental Gods. These deities embodied aspects of his power, becoming the guardians of order and balance.Legacy
Aenor’s legacy is everywhere in the universe : in the warmth of the sun, the solidity of the earth, the fluidity of rivers, and the dance of the winds. Mortals remember him as the primordial father, and his teachings are passed down in the form of myths and sacred rites. Aenor represents perseverance in the face of chaos, the hope for harmonious order, and the will to build even in the face of adversity. Though his essence is scattered, his dream of a world where creation and free will coexist remains an inspiration for all the races of the universe.Worship and Cult
