Berset
Berset is an island South of the Ekuran mainland, a few kilometers off the coast of Saltor. It consists of rocky terrain with sparse vegetation and few animals. It is known as a tourist spot for thrill seakers, like cliff divers and hikers.
Ecosystem
The few plants that live on Berset are fruit- and oil-palms, cacti, and the occasional dry shrub. The most infamous plant of the island is the Nanut, which has conquered its Western cliffside and survives on incredibly salty rock.
The fauna of Berset largely consists of insects, seagulls, and small monkeys that live off of the few fruit trees that grow here. Contemporary biologists believe that the monkeys of Berset were originally brought and left there by sapient travelers.
