Life, Crime
The crew of the Galactic Circus escorts a catatonic Keigen Poult to the prison on Baltigo. While they are "interviewed" by Commodore Babson, Captain Hinge infiltrates Fort Babson and instigates a riot to break his comrade out of prison. With the aid of his first mate, Toberé, and the newly freed Conch Liquer (User of the Chocolate-Chocolate Special Paramecia), Hinge attempts to take over the island. After a short but brutal battle inside the halls of the underground prison, the Galactic Circus quells the riot. The gross incompetence of the Fort Babson finally set in when they realized not a single Marine knew how to handle the situation. Koko ended up killing about a dozen inmates, much to the chagrin of Captain Chingu.
