Personal history

Gelna was born in Huldari on a stormy day. She was conceived by Kervana and Drodar Branmak. Gelna grew up raised in a tranquil setting, being the first sibling to have a relationship with their father, learning to appreciate the world around her and a desire to help people from her father; nonetheless, she felt unsatisfied as a child, it was as if everything was too perfect for her liking.   Gelna grasped the world at a young age and realized that, like the cold, Omithis may be as harsh as the frost. Regardless, she was overly trusting, willing to trust a Cholomos-native witch ( Mirrik Indal) who took advantage of Gelna and her kindness before cursing Gelna, which caused Gelna to be partially composed of ice.   Because of this traumatic event, Gelna became focused on combat learning multiple different fighting styles from her brothers Galkris and Talit before falling in love with spell casting.   Gelna received her staff (Divine Frost) from her brother when she was a young adult and had been anointed a goddess. This magically imbued staff has the potential to generate instantaneous gateways across the frigid regions of Agnostos and Bo'Spora when wielded.   After being turned into part ice, these sections of the world were where Gelna would spend the most of her time, as harsher environments made her melt which only weakened her power. After being given the staff, Gelna soon learned to deal with her curse easier and was able to travel to warmer climants more often. Gelna eventually cursed Cholomos will harsh winters every six months until Mirrik Indal was murdered by her village for her wrong doings.   Only when she slayed multiple creatures across Omithis was she hugely reveered as a goddess through the lands. Gelna went on to create multiple items for Omithis, which are still used today. Because of this, she has had multiple statues made of her in different catheradals around Omithis but specifically Bo'Spora and Agnostos.

Sexuality

Gelna's sexual orientation has never been verified, as she is not interested in anyone sexually.

Accomplishments & Achievements

The first snowshoes were fashioned from strips of leather that Gelna crafted. They were fastened to bits of wood for increased stability when stepping in the snow, which made life simpler in icy regions.   Through the help of Yani, her aunt who is a goddess of agriculture and fertility, Gelna gave Bo'Spora and Agnostos cabbage.
