The Dream Home Lootery

A criminal lottery wherein the winners equally divide the items stolen from a "high end target". Oddly, the pillaging of the household is done by all losers of the lottery AFTER the draw has been made. Failure to participate in the looting is severely punished by the communal underworld. To this end, to the winners go the spoils with nearly none of the risk.
