Regieleki
Part of the Pokemon legendary titans, Regieleki is by far the fastest. Made of electricity generated by a single organ, this creature has been weakened by blue metal rings designed to keep it's power in check. Like the other regis, it was sealed away due to it's power threatening the ancient race of men on it's world.

Basic Information
Anatomy
A round creature made almost entirely of raw electricity. It has two arm-like appandages that exist thanks to electricty funneled through blue metallic rings. The same can be said for it's underside, three rings that form it's tiny, innefectual 'legs'.
Ecology and Habitats
It gravitates to places with lots of electricity, particularly in the deep dark where naturally occuring electrical stones can be found, in cumulanosis-class cloud castles, and electrical-age civilizations.
Dietary Needs and Habits
It comsumes electrons from the atmosphere. This is somewhat problematic, as of course atoms with fewer electrons become ions, which are often radioactive.

If this creature is grappled, restrained, or under the effects of leech seed, those effects end. If there is a trap or hazard under or within 5ft of Regieleki (such as a section of wall of fire, or stealth rock), that hazard is eliminated. In addition, Regieleki has a 50% chance to gain a dexterity increase of two if this attack hits, and it's current initiative score of this creature is increased by 1.
Rising voltage: Ranged magic attack, +9 to hit (wisdom), 40/80ft range, one target. Hit: 2D6 lightning damage. If this hits a creature on the ground in 'electric terrain', this attack's damage dice is doubled.

Electric terrain: a 40ft radius sphere around regieleki becomes 'electric terrain'. Creatures on the ground in electric terrain become immune to sleep/magical sleep until they are no longer on electric terrain (though creatures already asleep do not wake up by this effect). (this effect also effects certain other moves and abilities). Attacks that deal lightning or thunder damage within this terrain deal an extra dice of damage.
Thunder cage: Ranged magic attack. A creature within 60ft of regieleki must succeed on a DC17 dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 1D6+5 lightning damage, halved on a success. On a failing save the creature is restrained by the cage, and only dispell magic or a specific ability that can break the restraint will end this effect. The restrained creature takes a damage equal to thier highest class hit dice +5 lightning damage at the start of their turn. After 5 rounds, the cage vanishes and all effects end. Regieleki cannot cast 'Thunder cage' while another thunder cage is in effect.
