Brown mushroom creatures with brown 'shoed' feet. They have orc-like tusks, and pronounced black eyebrows. While annoying, they are easily dispatched in many ways, including simply jumping on their head. At an unknown point in their history, most goombas defected from their kingdom to join the forces of the villain Bowser and the koop troop.
