- Tsar of Bulgarians:He is absolute leader of Northern Bulgaria(despite he claims he has rights in Southern Bulgaria). He has right to make laws and shape the country his direction. History saw a lot of kings reform something but then their heir destroy it. Current Tsar is IV.Ferdinand of House Danaliov.
- Council of Veliki Boyars:They are advisory council to Tsar. They have thirteen members. All of their members are members of biggest thirteen noble families.
- Malki Boyars:They have no right to rule. But they can rule their own lands under laws of country's and their Veliki Boyar's.
- Peasants:They have no right to rule anything(even their houses are property of their Boyars).
Public Agenda
Boyars' goals are maintaining Tsar's family survival in theory. But in reality, they use theorical goal for reaching their goals. Sometimes this is destroying their enemies, sometimes it is capturing new wealth. Also some Boyars rebel against Tsar.
Assets
Tsardom of Bulgaria has all Northern Bulgaria. According to laws, Tsar takes %10 of all yearly revenues of Veliki Boyars. So tsar is very rich. He is ruler of Tsardom of Bulgaria and Tsar's City. He also have five buildings(four of them are palaces, one of them is castle):

History
Until 66, Northern Bulgaria was governed by warlords, landlords and church who their only goal is survival of themselves. They were never unified and always at war. But in 66, son of landlord of Selvi(current Tsar's City) have different goals than any other faction. He wanted unified and strong Bulgaria. For reaching his goals, he overthrowed his father and declared himself as Tsar of Bulgarians. He builded army and launched an attack to nearby warlords. They quickly fell. After that, he send messengers to every landlord and told them if they bend to knee, they can remain lords. Only thirteen lord accepted it. He win victory after victory. In 80, Northern Bulgaria was finally unified under Tsar IV. Boris. He and his heir shaped Northern Bulgaria as they wish. When they decided to invade Southern Bulgaria, they find FBI(Federation for Bulgarian Independence) in 128. Both states fight against each other until 159. They signed peace treaty. But this war sparked in 200(because of border incident) and continued for fifteen years. Today, they aren't war with Southern Bulgaria. Homever, they fighted with Serbian warlords and captured Stara Planinan forest ten years ago.
Demography and Population
Population of Tsardom of Bulgaria is 900.000. %70 of population is living in rural area(630.000). %30 of population lives in urban area(270.000). Most of city dwellers are living in Tsar's City(170.000). Most of rural population is Bulgarians(also some Turks and little bit Serbs). But urban residents are much more etnical divided. They have Pomaks, Bulgarians, Turks and Rumanians.
Territories
Borders, who divides Bulgaria, began from Dragoman Border City and ends in Gulf of Burgaz. Northern part is territory of Tsardom of Bulgaria. Also Serbian forest called Stara Planina belongs to Tsardom.
Military
Tsardom of Bulgaria has 45.000 soldiers. %75 of their soldiers are infantry while others are cavalry. But when war starts, 65.000 men will join army under command of their Veliki Boyars.
Religion
Tsardom of Bulgaria's state religion is Bulgarian Orthodox Church(Şumnu). But Tsar IV.Boris allowed other religions to perform their duties, if they sign Accord of Religious Loyalty(which is basically they bend to knee to Tsar).Muslims and Catholics accepted it. So every religion is free to perform their duties. if they are loyal to Tsar.
Foreign Relations
They have tense relations with Federation for Bulgarian Independence. Also they don't like Serbia. They have neutral relationships with other Black Sea Nations.
Agriculture & Industry
Bulgaria's main economy is agriculture and mining. Laws force Boyars to sow %10 of their lands with barley. But they can plant their remaining lands whatever they want. Northern Bulgaria's mining industry is at good situation. In Northwest, iron, oil, coal and copper can be found.
Trade & Transport
Tsardom is known for trading minerals.They trade large quantities of minerals which they send from big port cities. Tsardom's people travels by trains(which owned by Railroad Company of Veliki Boyars).
Education
Tsardom's Veliki Boyars' lands have different education laws. For example Boyar of Bakalov(old Dobriç), Ivan Bakalov, makes education compulsary for four years. While Boyar of Plevne, Boris Borisov, had no interesr at education system at all.
Infrastructure
Tsardom has railroads all around Northern Bulgaria which is only infrastructure can be found in every land. Some lands have good sanitation while some lands have no sanitation.

They are using Tsar's Leva. This money is in forms of coins made by iron. This coins have thickness of paper. This has 5, 10, 20 and 50 Leva. 5 Leva is equal to five grams of gold.
