Old World,New Order

Welcome to World in 2430 or as we say 298 T.C (Turkish Calendar). You would expect technological things like flying cars, hologram televisions etc. Is this true about world? Of course NOT. Why? Because of Event. We don't know what happened in Event. But we know afterwards of Event. Seventy percent of world died. Remaining population's half died as well in nine years because of Big Drought. And that is it. You would ask me what happened to survivors. I will tell you. Well, as you can imagine people became bands. Some of them became raiders, some of them founded village...You can predict. When raiders attacked villages villages became states(kind of). Well, first states was more like military alliances between different states. But after fifty years, states became like states from past. But they were different. How for example, Koktobel(formerly part of Crimean Peninsula) was a basic resort city. But today, it is oligarchy who ruled by richest merchants(also an island). They also had colonies all over Black Sea. Don't worry history lesson is finished. Technology lesson is beginning. Technology is sometimes at levels of 1800s, sometimes it is 1930s. For example this world don't have cars. How sad. But we have television. It isn't so popular because it is so expensive and it consumes a lot of electiricity. So we always rely on good old radio. Let's move to economic side of this world. Well, most people are making first economic activities. They are basically miners, farmers, ranchers etc. Remaining people is either workers or bureucrats.
