Shot ward

A powerful ward that was designed to weaken the power of technological ranged weapons. It was developed in at the Spire of Devine Lore. The spell which has been established over much of the southern regions using spell anchors has created a ward that is relayed in a web. The ward converts much of the energy that is saps from the attacks to power it across the region. The spell has had a strange factor added to its equations that makes in unusable with most meta-magics alterations, and prevents the equations from being unraveled to analyze.
