Night Cap

A bioluminescent short capped pale grow mushroom that naturally grown under low overhands such as furniture and prefers plant matter as its growth medium. It reacts to motion by releasing a durable spore that can be carried on clothing or skin only to fall off after a period of a couple hours. It releases a light gas that helps to induce REM sleep. When near an individual who has entered REM sleep the ambient psychic energy which causes the bioluminescent glow. The glow changes with the type of dream. It is considered a nutritious snack to being that can consume psychic energy, and can be used as a potent substitute in potions that induce sleep.
