Government

A conclave of elders determine the laws of the land, and then the population put the laws to a vote when a consensus is reached by the elders.

Defences

Awakened animals and intelligent trees form the outer defence and relay information to the druidic defenders.

Industry & Trade

Through a unique method of wood extraction that has been developed by the druids they stimulate growth in what they refer to as "donation segments" where a tree with a large low lying branch sheds a large segment and and heals over the segment forming a knot. The wood is refined and shipped to buyers from there.

Architecture

Tree shaping to form building is common, though these building tend to be small and designed to blend in with the natural world.

Natural Resources

Lumber, wild edibles, and certain meats are abundant. Few druids delve into the depths for mineral resources, but the ones that do find quartz, iron, and siver in fairly high abundance. Scarce veins of ever valuable mithral are found where abundant iron and silver veins meld together under pressure.
