Eira

Eira has many secrets hidden in the depths of its valleys, they found remnants of an elder species in them. Deep in the dark of the valleys cities were found, though devoid of life. They had technology that was similar to their own though not usable largely. These cities had domes that had been partially buried in avalanches and even meteor strikes but were unmarked when cleared of the debris.
