Draconic Turtle and Garlic Stew

A dish that is made by brazing turtle with garlic, onion, clove, carrot, and bay leaves. Then you remove the turtle and let it rest in a large bowl, remove the bay leaves, add red wine to deglaze, and a special chili pepper grown, in a hidden garden by a family of pixies, smoked with with mesquite wood, reduce for 2 minutes, and add the chopped up turtle and its juices. Allow to simmer for half an hour. Served best with a loaf of fresh bread. Can order biscuits instead for extra.
