The Useless Inn

A seemingly useless Inn as there's never any guests. It contains 100 rooms and has 6 floors, with the first floor being the lobby. However, it appears to be a single floor building from the outside. Its run by Tilia, a short bald dwarf. Tilia is a normally depressed lady. Since no one ever stays in the inn she gets very sad. She never leaves the inn as she's worried she could miss a guest. Her friend, Amy, a human ginger, comes to talk to her every day, and the other inhabitants of the island occasionally visit for a chat too.
