Oculus

Welcome, to the world of Oculus. Its a world of magic, adventure, and wonder. At first glance, it may appear very similar to earth. However, Oculus is quite different in a number of ways. Firstly, it's flat. In the North, there's The Entity of Great Cold, which emits a chilling aura. In the South, there's The Entity of Great Warmth, which emits a warm aura. These two entities are responsible for the wide variety of climate in the world. The sun rises and sets in the East, while the moon rises and sets in the West. Oculus is dived up into nine separate countries, with Orbarum acting as the capital of the world. (Similar to the United Nations of this world). Each of these countries has their own form of government which rules that area. While Oculus is currently in a relative state of peace, war was quite frequent in the past. Also, evil people and creatures roam the land, scheming and destroying. Perhaps you'll be the ones to slay those evils in order to protect the peace of Oculus.
