Orbarum

Orbarum essentially acts as the capital of all of Oculus. It acts as a governing body that facilitates and helps maintain international relations between countries.

Structure

Orbarum is ruled by The Council, 7 members chosen for their excellence in a specific ability. Council Members no longer go by their birth names and are instead only addressed as their title. Council Roles include Str, chosen for Strength, Dex, chosen for mental and physical Dexterity, Con, chosen for Constitution, Wis, chosen for Wisdom, Int, chosen for Intelligence, Cha, chosen for Charisma, and Septum, chosen for mastery off all six other traits.

Demography and Population

Orbarum has a relatively small population and a wide variety of races.

Foreign Relations

Orbarum is in charge of regulating the peace between all nations and as such remains neutral for all foreign affairs.
