A highly magically advanced country with quite a few lakes. Lacou is known for their spellcrafters, spellcasters and academics who undertake the extremely difficult job of creating spells. Studying to become a spellcrafter is practically only possible in Iuxtare.

Lacou has the largest population in Oculus. and a very wide variety of races. However, humans are quite abundant in Lacou.

Foreign Relations

Lacou is a very peaceful and friendly country. In fact, the only war they've ever been a part of is the Great Oculus War.
