Greencloaks' Scout Test

To join the Greencloaks, applicants must take a series of 5 tests, each represented by a finger. To become a Greencloak, they must pass 4 out of 5 tests.
Pinkie: Survival Test - In the Survival Test, applicants must fill out a written test on their survival knowledge. A score of 75% or higher is passing. DC13 Survival Check, if they fail DC15 Intelligence Check.
Ring: Intelligence Test - In the Intelligence Test, applicants must solve a puzzle. Pass/Fail
Written on parchment with ink in the center of the room is a poem. It reads:
Sly as a Bear (Fox/Bear)
Fast as a Wolf (Cheetah/Wolf)
Brave as a Fox (Lion/Fox)
United as a Lion (Wolf/Lion)
Strong as a Cheetah (Bear/Cheetah)

Around the room is a collection of statues, including:

Middle: Morality Test - In the Morality Test, applicants must answer a series of morality questions. The examiner will give each of their answers a morality score, 1 through 5. A morality score of at least 13 points to pass. If applicants fail the trick question, they automatically fail.
Question 1: A drunk hooligan insults you. What do you do?
Question 2: You find a bag containing 10 GP on the ground. It's labeled Gregar, who you know is the owner of the local tavern. What do you do?
Question 3: An army of bandits is attacking a town. You and your squadron of scouts won't be able to defeat them all, but you may be able to hold them off for a while. What do you do?
Question 4: Your squadron of scouts have been captured except for you. Their captors are unaware of you. You think you may be able to try and save them. What do you do?
Question 5 (TQ): An unknown organization is holding you and your teammate captive. They offer to let you two free, but it comes at one of two prices: Either your own life or the arm of your teammate. What do you do? (If they answer they'll sacrifice themselves, they automatically fail for being either a fool or a liar)
Pointer: Strength Test - In the Strength Test, applicants must battle Drew, a lycanthrope. Players have already passed this test due to the Bandit Attack.
Thumb: Approval Test - Applicants must get approved by a Senior Greencloak. Whitley will do so for the players.
