Sidecuts

The Sidecuts have a reputation as the most Brutal gang in Oasis City. They've been rumored to kill those they do business with to cover their tracks and to secretly work as an elite squad for the Enforcers and House Alitahp , although no proof has ever been obtained. The gang is local to Lowside and the Boardwalk, but routinely try to peddle business in the Backstreets where they come into conflict with the Shanty Kings.
