Red Heart Gang

The Red Heart gang covers the widest territory compared to its rivals. They control the flow of illicit goods within Topside, Lowside, and Palm Springs. The Red Heart gang also has numbers on its side. Unlike other gangs, the Red Hearts will allow almost anyone who can pass their initiation to join the gang. They're not as confrontational as other gangs normally, although fights break when the Sidecuts, and Shanty Kings, invade their territory.
