Arkari
The Arkari sometime reffered to as 'The Dominion's Pivot' or 'The Dominon's Split' is a a small river that merges into the Roxmore and seperates the Roxmore Planes in the east from the Green Crest to the west. The river also forms a natural border between the kingdoms of Navara and Ader and its crossings, by bridge or ferry, are maintained, and taxed together by both members the Kadian Dominion.
