Assets

The assets of the Hellfire Industry seems almost limitless, having their own bank to hold their wealth. The company has their own private Military, that is used to protect the different caravans supplied by the factories. With a fleet of airships, submarines, and normal ships, they have the largest merchant marine force across the planet.

History

The foundation of the Hellfire Industry was Hilliard Hellfire (800-860. He was a young man who wanted to improve people's lives when it came to building their homes. He would go onto have several children who would take on certain aspects of the business, but he made it a point that the first born of any group of children would take on the role of CEO. This structure was set firmly like a monarchy for the very reason that only one person was needed to make final calls. Hillard H. Jr.(845-910) Made the business more open-ended approach to the business. He took the wealth he had accrued and began to study the idea of Airships, as well as move into weapon markets. This would skyrocket the companies wealth, letting them spend more on R&D. Throughout his time he made simple upgrades to the industry, beginning the first expansion to The Bronze Reef. This small expansion let the company also began shipbuilding, this would allow them to study habits of the sea and even developing new techniques to give to the people. Although during Hillard's "Golden Years" the Great Rebellion Broke out, fearing for his Industries business, with the first line of Airships the entire workforce was upended (If they wanted to leave) and went to Aeros. Landing on complete accident on the flying piece of rock   Cornelius H. (891-966), Hillard Jr. Son.Took the land in strive. He met with the local people offering them all jobs, in exchange for building them free homes. Within the first Era, the entire land was completely recreated into what looked like a large village, with the newly made Factory working on the new age of Airships. Cornelius wanted to use his mobile land to be able to trade with the entire planet. He would be the leader to reshape the entire Industry and launch it into the Mogle business that it would turn into. The first airship would launch on the 415th day of the Long Night.   Olympia H. (900-986) The wife of Cornelius, Olympia took over after his death. She would take her son Back to Jednota, and begin to run the business from her home. Under her control the company would begin to research medicine to also begin to sell, this was due to her crippling fear of illness, as well as her theory that plagues were consuming the major cities. She would end up retiring on 980, feeling as if her son had learned enough to take over the business. At the end of her work, the business had grown to a new height, with the new methods of travel being explored.   Cornelius H. Jr. (956-1,041) Took over after taken his mothers guiding hand. Remaining on Jednota, he wanted to cater to giving back to the people. Even though Hellfire Industries was run from Aeros, Cornelius lived on Jednota, making sure to help the people as much as possible. He and his siblings moved their families into four manors across Jednota and would begin to use these areas to push their own agendas. This time the business went on to work on making sea ships once more, although working on new ways to gain more speed, and even push the limits of how far people can travel. It was also during this time that new farming developments became available to the people, and the Hellfires were quick to pay off the original inventors, and market the product for themselves. Wanting to move to any market possible, Cornelius called his siblings in and by the end of the meeting, the Industry had hands in Clothing, Mining, Banking, Homelife, Farming, FIshing, Vehicle Production, Weapons, Infrastructure, and many more industries. It was also at this time that Aeros took a large boom economically, with more Airships being sold, making the community more accessible. With this Hellfire, keeping up with their deal would build more homes for free, but this time adding a new clause that if someone were to live there an take on the free housing the main signer had to work for Hellfire Industries for one Year. This would boost the Hellfire workforce as well. By the end of Cornelius's ten-year as CEO (1,035), Hellfire Industries had explained into many new markets, as well as by this time crept into many different continents, and even began to try to begin exploration under the sea.   Prudence H. (1,000-1,069) After her Father's retirement, Prudence would move to remove the family from Jednota. This was due to the push back from the local people, as well as the attacks and threats made against her. She would wait until her Father's death before moving the entire family away. Closing off one market she felt the need to open up several others. She asked the R&D team to push the undersea vehicles, knowing that there was a group of people under the sea who monopolized the market, she knew that it was the perfect untapped market. Six years would be tanked into the vehicle before there was a finished product. When the market to the undersea people was open, she was claimed to be one of the first pioneers. She would use her new tools to open touring and travel agencies, which preyed on the rich, while her new Credit companies would prey on many of the poorer individuals. She would die while on the job, in 1,069   Bartholomew H. (1,020-1095) At this point the industry remained on autopilot. Although there were many different locations globally, where their name was mainly reached by the larger towns. This lead to the creation of the Hellfire Caravan, where a band of wagons, typically owned by Hellfire Industries, would go around the smaller towns, and sell them cheaper versions of what would be sold in the larger factories. Although if certain families didn't have the money to pay for the items they wanted they could either take out a line of credit or barter with the wagon leaders. It wouldn't be until 1,090 that this plan would take full effect.   Diana H. (1,038-1,113) Taking control in 1,090 Diana left the business to her advisors, finding the entire job to trivial for her. She was pushed out by her own son when he was just 21. The company suffered slight divots from her time as the leader due to the fact she didn't issue any new ideas on any of the fronts. Thus their market was stewing on much of the same supplies.   Nathanyell H. (1,077-1,177) Took control of the business 1,098. With his new hand, he quickly changed many policies and expanded the grip HFI had on Aeros. Taking large portions of the entire city and buying it. Quickly building new transport style airships, he wanted to greatly explain his Great Grand Mother's vision of travel, so he launched the larger travel Airships, with sea and undersea transport to follow. Though the city was expanding under him, he began making backroom deals with the officials elected by the people to allow Hellfire to remain, paying 0 taxes to the city, but in fact that the city would need to pay HFI for their providing of labor to the people. He would also go on to develop the first buildings extending ten stories. He believed that Aeros needed to be a presentable place for the outside world to travel too. So he spent millions of gold to develop the city, giving it plumbing, a freshwater system, cobble-stone streets, and public lighting. Soon he feared all of the lands would soon be used, meaning like his ancestors he would need to push his R&D department for new alternatives. These people would begin trying to find the same spells that were used on the land beforehand. This project would last long after Nathanyell's death. He retired in 1,168.   Patience H. (1,099-1,174) Taking control later on in her life, Patience main goal was to give people a good education. She would open up several free private institutes that would take funding from Hellfire Industries. Children and parents alike would be able to learn whatever they wanted for free. Every person who went to school were offered a chance to get a job at one of the many Hellfire industries plants or offices. She retired in 1,172   Olive H. (1,144-1,229) Taking the reigns from her mother at 28 Olive wanted to follow her mothers example of public relations. She feared that if people looked to close at the company they would see everything it was, in fact, hiding from the people. She would make the company sponsor larger events, celebrating sports events, to independence celebrations. She also found that giving people off four days out of the work week would increase the production value. She would often rely on her advisors for advice when it came to the claims of the people, and how to deal with them. But she knew she wanted to update the image of the company to something different than just being a place for work. She would go on to institute a policy of care, where if someone needed assistance, their bosses would need to hear and judge whether or not the situation was worth losing the company money. Any manager found not adhering to her new rules were fired without hesitation. Under her leadership, the public opinion of the entire company rose exponentially. She would retire at the age of 65, wanting to let fresh blood take over the company.   Charles H. (1165-1257) Taking control at 44, Charles started out his time strong by simply buying out a competitor who was beginning to rise up on the continent of Igox. He made it clear that it would be under the table, and most of the companies assets would be consumed for the Hellfires. During this time, HFI would begin to replace a lot of their older model vessels with their newer counterparts. HFI would also begin to build the prototype of the pocket islands, with the first few falling from the sky on their first tests. He retired when he was 57.   Walter H. (1190-1275) taking control when he was 32, Walter felt as if mineral deposits had been ignored through his family time of the study, so he quickly opened sites dedicated to the research and development of any ores that were not cataloged. He retired at the age of 70   HFI would become self-sustainable, only taking on new leaders as figureheads, with no real need for them except for the final approval. he Company called this time, the Age of Power. In which leaders only oversaw what was happening. The list of the leaders went on to be: Dennis H. (1225-1290), Christian H. (1241-1336), Powell H. (1271-1346), Aidan H. (1303-1362), Bryn H. (1321-1418), Raphael H. (1348-1404), Hugo H. (1364-1449), Noemi H. (1393-1468), Hercules H. (1443-1540), Zadok H. (1485-1558), Edith H. (1508-1604), Felicity H. (1526-1611), Stefan H. (1556-1631), Oskar H. (1580-1645), Viktor H. (1601-1679), Isabella H. (1627-1699), Anna-Lena H. (1677-1789), Godwin H.(1720-1788), Constantin H. (1745-1831), Wulfgeat H. (1781-1860), Osgood H. (1822-1889), Emeline H. (1861-1901), Mawa H. (1893-1971), Agatha H. (1924-1999), Bernard H. (1949-2043),   Leofric H. (1979-2059), Known for making the CEO more than just a figurehead position. He was angry that a lot of the major assets, which had become bolstered. He quickly took the time to reevaluate everything going on in the industry. He would then go onto remake the entire HFI wagon industry as well as set up new roads and expanded the military fully. In this time the weapons development was ramped up to help put the weapons business on the map once again. He was forced out by his younger sister in 2019   Eleanor H. (1980-2055). THinking her brother didn't take enough steps to remake the family business she would take control in 2019. The school systems that were once the pride of HFI, were now underpaid as well as forcing the people to pay to attend the school. All of the ore collections that were often supplied the entire business, had slowly become less safe, meaning they were losing people left and right. She also began looking into all of the old R&D departments and found the abandoned plans for the floating islands. Without hesitation, she canceled all of the other developments, so more room could be completed. She would retire in 2050   Cornelius H. III: (2037=2127). During this time it was ensured that the R&D department finished the floating islands, and quickly fast-tracked it. Within six years, ten large places were built. It was quickly made sure that the safety was top billing. After this, he made sure to work on large portions of the architecture. Also, large portions of the city began to be torn back down and remade into new larger portions of the entire city.   Elizabeth H. (2089-2178) The company at this time began to experiment with building underwater cities, wanting to make their own resort locations for the people. Although the development would be sunk down, and barely able to have any good data. Realizing her mistake it was taken unto to quickly make changes. To do so, she would build a large university for Aeros, focusing on academics more than magical items. She died before her retirement   Katherine and William H. (2149-) The first case of twins to follow the main family. The two work hand in hand, often negotiating to trade together, which made them a complete threat to anyone they talked against. Kate, the more strong-willed of the two, was the first who knew the Jednota market wasn't tapped. She would go on to open every venue to the people there. The duo now runs the business from the streets, often asking people what they can do to make the business better for the people.
