With the Son's Anthem still ringing in their hearts, the Kindred peoples went each their own way, seeking the Pillars. For most, the road was long, thousands of miles of wilderness separated the shattered lands from the Pillars. Some had to cross treacherous rivers, scorching deserts, frigid wastes and impassable mountains. Many failed to remember the Son's promises, finding favorable lands on the way, and chose not to continue their travels. But others remained faithful and pushed on.
