The Red Keep of Rocca

The Red Keep of Rocca, as it is better known by those that have to face being imprisoned there the Bloody Tower, is one of the most imposing buildings in all of Cantumland.  
People say the Red Keep only exists in its dark blood red colour and imposing size because of wist.
