Shirah

This is a village acting as a regional market town for the local agriculture.   Most people know the name Shirah from the acidic white wine produced in the region.

Shirah wine is often distilled into a strong brandy called Shirah Strong.  In many areas "Give me a Strong" is a generic term for any inexpensive cheap hard liquor.
