The Astral Layer

When a living creature dies in the universe of Norn, their soul ascends to what is known as the Astral Layer.

Within the Astral Layer, a soul may still examine the material and physical objects of the world, but cannot see or interact with still alive, aside from those who possess a great amount of Celestial Power.
