Emmali is a statistical impossibility come to life. She was born as a weaver, only 1 in several billion humans will be born with this gift. If that was not enough, she was chosen by her parents god, Zynas, to carry a part of his soul. This bestowed the title of goddling upon her.
It is not known if Zynas knew of her gift before granting her his powers.
Emmali was the daughter of Mandall and Essia Evert, who where priests at the now destroyed Temple of the Open Sky. Her secluded upbringing, combined with her parents spartan lifestyle resulted in a very naive and quite personality. Though well educated, she lacks many social skills.
She has not gained full control of her powers, most of what she can do she figured out by accident. Uncontrolled her powers can cause massive destruction (when she destroyed the dining hall of the Ifer royal palace.
