Emeralds, The Emerald Jungle we call it, in this place there is an eternal states of hunters and preys, the strongest creatures survives while the weakest serve as food to the others, if this place has ever known peace at one point, is a moment long forgotten, carried away by the growls and roars of its fauna.

The Emerald Jungle is a parallel plane in which only the Akhun can access to and is the place from where they draw their power, over the years each Akhun has given some information about the Emerald Jungle but they themselves claim to know very little about the nature of this place, where or not that is the case, this place is a infinite jungle where all sort of dangerous creatures roam the land and hunt each other in order to become the apex predator of this strange land.

The Emerald Jungle seems to be a dimension where an eternal jungle extends to the infinite, at least, that is what the Akhun claim it is, non the less, the Jungles varies from place to place, chain mountains can be seem, rivers and big lakes alike but above all else, the terrain is filled with green crystals that grow up on the ground, they grow under the water, the deep caves, or even between rocks, this crystal is the only consistent thing in the ecosystem. The Jungle seem to be on an eternal states of day with a soft green light illuminating the sky, some clouds can be seem from white to yellowish colors and there is no sun nor start on the sky.

Fauna & Flora

Fauna

Most creatures in the emerald jungle resemble little in comparison with earth's creatures, there are some distinctive traits like furs, feathers, vertebrates and invertebrates, wings, fangs, claws and eyes of various forms, from a pair to composed one but in general they hold no notables characteristic, except for a certain one, they al are predators, in the Emerald Jungle there seems to be any lack of herbivore creature or any creature that has the duty to maintain the food chain. It is uncertain how the this affects this environment and what kind of creatures are placed on the lower end of the chain, for what it seems about every creature, everyone seems to have any realistic chance to hunt other creature.
Some creatures that dwell the land of the Emerald Jungle are:

Grass Centipede: With a vibrant fur on its back, its fur can change of color and mimics the various colors of the grass of the Emerald Jungle, the Centipede is able to dig itself in the ground and waits for the upcoming pass of its next prey which it quickly enrolls in a deadly grasp.

Metal Head Cock: Unable to fly, but with a very sturdy head and sharp like knife feathers, this creature is not afraid of direct and violent conflict with other creatures, it can run incredible fast and thanks to its feather and resist very high falls, in some cases this creature jumps from tree to tree chasing its prey until finally jumping form the sky and falling like a rocket, hitting the prey with his head.

Dragon Shrimp: This creatures lives under the water, and mimics many of the colorful patterns of the bottom of bodies of waters, it then waits for the arrival of one creature into its lagoon in which it will jump in a surprised attack stinging the prey with a powerful paralizer, the Dragon shrimp would then drag the prey into the water where it would drowned to death and and devour the prey over several days.

The flora is as varied as the fauna, the Emerald Jungle gets its name because of the color of the sky, not because the color of its fauna, the fauna can change from place to place in totally unpredicted ways. For instance, a zone can be full of big thick trees with white wood and red leaves, covering the light almost completely leaving the lower levels in a perpetual states of darkness. Another zone can be full of manglers of color sapphire, and the water beneath of a soft red color, the river of red color can be calm at times, but at any moment the current could changed and created a vortex swallowing everything that gets closer.
As expected, every zone has its own types of flowers, trees and grass, but apparently a common organism living in every zone is a strange green mushroom, these mushrooms can get really big, as the size of a house and expire some sort of spores in the air every while, all the previous Akhuns of the Tribes have not discover what is that for, Akhun III has state some theories, this spores may be the ones illuminating the sky.

Natural Resources

From the word of Akun III, the jungle has an unique flora and fauna that is unlike the one found on earth, the fur of the beasts is unique, resistant to water, fire, cold, the wood from the trees may be stronger than most metals and as flexible as rubber. But the most notable resource from this place may be the green crystals, this crystal are abundant and cam be found on all places, in some there may be even a strong concentration of these. This is where each Akhun has taken out their orb from their staffs and whenever they lost their orbs, they can retrieve another from this small little yields of green crystal.
