Half-Fish Folk

When a Qoshian (though rare) mates with another race it produces a half-Qoshian offspring. These offspring cannot polymorph like their Qoshian ancestors but are adapted to water and as they grow, develop traits to continue to help them do so. They tend to live with their Qoshian relatives as they prefer the sea. They have been known to wander the world of their other parentage, and even stay there if they like it though they are always called to the sea.
