Elvish Free State

The name of the region occupied by the Elvish Liberation Front which has become a provisional state but still is vulnerable and under siege by the Heliopian Dominion who claims the territory. Most settlements are temporary and the civilian population is nomadic by necessity. They aspire to create a true and stable state.
