Structure
On the Men's side, the Board is headed by the Coach, Captain, and Chief Selector, who often interact with one another to create the best environment for their players. Organizationally, it is also broken down into the "Franchise Teams" (City and State teams that compete domestically each year in the various trophies). These Franchise Teams report directly to the administration of the NCB, their funds are allocated by the same board.
On the Women's Side, the same trifecta heads this branch of the NCB, although organizationally, the team is broken down a bit differently. For Women, every state gets its own team (the capital territory Nishapur also gets their own team). Cities are often not considered for their own team, although the President and CEO of the NCB have created a shortlist of future cities that could get their own team one day. This list includes Thattonagar, Reyshahr, Vaikereta, Jodhpur, Lohnur, and Sikhipur.

Public Agenda
The Nishari Cricket Board is the organization that presides over the growth and influence of Cricket within the Country.
History
Founded in 1930 by Uraastay Pailusi, Yohannan Qardashian, Aathya Riddhil, Sohaan Isvant, Sobhaan Pakhi, Safa Abadi, and John Edward Hawthorne, the latter of whom was the British Ambassador to the country, the NCB consolidated most of the cricketing organizations in the country, helping all of them organize under a central figure. Since its inception, the NCB has been headquartered in the Nishani Maya IV stadium. In 1948, the NCB formally organized all predecessor cricketing organizations under its administration. In the 1970s, the NCB overhauled their smaller organizations, disbanding many and organizing them under several states and significant cities. This format is still the prevailing form in Women's Cricket, while the Men's cricket system was overhauled in 2008, following the examples of professional sports teams in the US, although, instead of a draft, players are scouted from local pools. Today, the President of the NCB is the former cricketer Arshak Avagian, while the CEO is Vidhi Pasudar.
