Shifter

Shifters, or werekin, are natives of the Shifting Jungles and one of the three main races that make up the Seradi Union. As descendants of the lycanthropes that inhabited the jungles in ancient times, they cannot transform wholly into an animal but can instead shift parts of their body to become animal-like for short periods of time. Chaotic and wild, they are cautious and savage compared to their elven and human allies. Most shifters roam their established tribal territories throughout the jungle as hunters and rangers. However those shifters who wish to make something of themselves leave their jungle home and travel throughout the Seradi Union to become legends and accumulate wealth either for themselves or for their tribe.
