Seradi Union
In the South resides the Sedari Union. A peaceful coalition of races where autonomy is prized and individuality is celebrated. The Union is primarily composed of Humans, Elves, and Giants, and is led by a tribunal. This tribunal is made up of elected elders from each race and they are more like figureheads that represent the will of their people rather than absolute rulers. The three races work in harmony throughout the Union and over thousands of years of cooperation, they have built cities and towns dependent on one another. The major cities run themselves for the most part, however the Tribunal is very respected throughout the Union and their orders are almost always followed. This freedom did not come without cost however. In ages past, as the races started working together, there was much infighting. Despite this, after every conflict, the Union changed it's approach until all were appeased, rising from the ashes of their failures. Because of this, their flag is represented by the pheonix, a symbol of resurrection. To the Union, there is nothing that cannot be overcome, and their tenacity has proven this.
Structure
TRIBUNAL
The tribunal are composed of three elders. One from the race of shifters, one from man, and one from elves. These elders are chosen from a group of electors, of which each race has twenty. Elections happen every ten years, and only one Elector may be chosen to become a member of the tribunal. The Tribunal reside in the capital of the Union: Agosted - the Seat of the Union. Though the tribunal are highly respected, their authority is not absolute. Instead, they allow the cities within the Union to be mostly autonomous. In times of emergency, they can enact and write edicts the provide the tribunal temporary power in order to add some more stable organization within the Union.

There are 20 Electors for each of the three main races of giants, men, and elves, for a total of 60 Electors. These electors act as a senate and as advisers for the Union. Unlike the Tribunal, the Electors are spread out throughout the Union, acting as governors and leaders of the different states in the unions. In times of conflict, it is the Elector's who rally their districts' troops and assets for war.
CITIZENS
The citizens of the Union are all deemed equal, from the wealthiest merchant to the poorest beggar, the union prides itself of the freedom it provides to it's citizens and for the equal opportunity that exists for all. Though with this freedom comes an almost Darwinist approach to living, where the ambitious and tenacious succeed and the lethargic and unlucky perish.

Assets
The sixty districts of the Union all contribute to each other, making the Union mostly self sufficient. Additionally, because of it's proximity to the Trade Kingdom of Reannan, the Union also gets first pick of any goods from outside the continent. The districts also contribute forces to the Union in times of war.
History
The Union was originally three different kingdoms, who constantly warred with each other in ancient times. These kingdoms were the kingdom of elves, the kingdom of men, and the kingdom of shifters. After tearing each other apart for centuries, the rulers of these kingdoms were vulnerable to the emerging Kaitor Empire from the north east. Instead of allowing this fighting to continue, the three kings decided that they would be better if they stood together, rather than letting them get picked off one by one by the Empire. Thus the Union was founded and has since become a formidable force against the rigid Empire.
Demography and Population
The main races are humans, elves, and shifters, however within these populations are a number of other races that have fled the Empire, or come from abroad looking for wealth and opportunity.
