Ogrunír (Oh-grun-neer)

Basic Information

Anatomy

Ogrunír are tall humanoids covered in a thick layer of scuffy fur on all of their body except for their faces, the front part of their torsos, the undersides of their feet, and the majority of their hands. They bear a resemblance and relation to great apes. Ogrunír have thick torsos, with the exposed skin being darker colored and as tough as leather. While their skulls are tall with a large lump on the top of their skull, and their jaw region is somewhat muzzle-like. Their limbs are thick and strong, with their hands and, most notably, their feet being proportionally very large. A noticable trait is that they only have 4 digits per appendage, with each digit being very thick but flexible.

Ogrunír hav proportionally long arms that give them an edge over other races on reaching out of place objects and climbing rough terrain. Your melee attacks have an additional 5 feet range, and you gain advantage on skills checks involving climbing or on reaching objects.  

Massive Girth

An Ogrunír has thick skin and a lot of body fat, making them very heavy and difficult to move. If you are about to be knocked prone or grappled by a creature of Large size or smaller, you gain advantage on any skill checks involved in the process.
