Faeries

Faeries (also known as Aes Sídhe, Fay/Fae, Pixies, or Seelies; depending on the locality) are a race of magical beings formerly foreign to Nielea's world.

Little Folk

As a Faerie, you are able to adjust your size at will and become much smaller to hide in your environment or fit into smaller crevices. Once per day, you are able to change size from a Medium humanoid to a Tiny humanoid. Your movement and flight speed remain the same, and you can easily fit into smaller spaces. This can be reverted at any time the user is conscious, and you may remain in this state for 1 hour before your revert to your regular size.

Flight

Your insect-like or bird-like wings may look delicate, but they can carry you great distances. You have a flight speed of 30 feet, which is halved if you are wearing heavy armor. This speed is increased to 40 feet if you are in your Little Folk form.

Unnatural Resistances

You have a resistance to Fire, Cold, and Poison Damage that is not induced by silver.

Cold Iron's Sting

Akin to their demon cousins, a Faerie cannot tolerate the touch of silver. It brings allergies and sickness to their bodies and contact has ill effects upon themselves. If you are injured by a silver weapon or come into contact with silver longer for 5 seconds, you must roll a constitution saving throw with disadvantage. If you fail the roll, you take 1d6 damage. If you ingest silver, you are poisoned for 24 hours, or until the silver is successfully removed from your body, such as through vomiting. This poisoning by silver is not negated by your other resistances.
