Dave Bach

Dave is an extremely powerful Expert Operator. Although he has no where near the energy levels of a fighter, he has precise control over it. He uses a morphing rifle that directs his offensive programs. Other programs of his allow him to run on air and infiltrate in silence. Many assume he's been warped by the Fold and his own large energy reserves for a non-fighter. He left Val Faction after achieving his Expert Rank, something that's usually punished by death. No one wanted to hunt him down. After he took over the neutral Philly Arena Base, the region as a whole found him to be an asset. He revamped the Arena to the point that it nearly rivaled the martial arts tournaments.
