Origin of the six major races

Over thousands of years ago, there lived 6 great warlords:   Jasmal the Great, the first human.   Shamio the wise, the first elf.   Thoradin the strong, the first dwarf.   Perrin the sly, the first halfling.   Gabin the crafty, the first gnome.   Balbazar the bright, the first kahjit.   For many years there had been peace on the martial plane, but one day chaos interfered. Disturbed currents from the negative planes flawed their minds and the balance had been disturbed. The water from the fountain of time had been drastically reduced, and no one could tell who had done it, or prove that they were innocent. Great distrust had been planted in all of their hearts. In the end the five similar lords stuck together and decided that Balbazar was the one to blame. A great war started, so great that they destroyed almost all life and plants on the earth, and formed the world as it looks today. They were all slain by one another, as they were of equal strength, and died simultaneously.   Where their corpses fell the great capitals were raised. Æther was formes by the sturdy bones of Thoradin the dwarf. Shamio the elf planted a single seed under his body and nourished it with the waste of his corpse. Dunecast was build from the materials of Jasmals amor. Balbazars fur created the rich silk which provides the whole of Dromoka shadow to survive the harsh heat of the sun in the south.   In present day not much is known about the great warlords, but their story are taught at schools and told at festivals. By some, the warlords are praised like saints, by others they are merely folk heroes. Whether or not these heroes were real, or the actions actually took place is not yet confirmed, most believe it's myth, but some travel the world, looking for artifacts, scripts and any other proof, to seek the truth.   In the south the tales of Balbazar has been constructed into a religious script, from where their main relegion springs. In the other countries there have been raised grand statues of them, to remember their story.
