Ula is half of a two-person research team with the goal of finding the "Ultimate Snake." Though Ula and her wife/scientific parther, Mara, aren't entirely sure what the Ultimate Snake is, they're nonetheless determined to find it where they believe it dwells within the Amazon Rainforest.
